To better protect your customers data, we perform a verification of their email address. 

The intention is to ensure that the personal and sensitive documents that we send via e-mail arrive at the correct e-mail address.

Before we send documents with sensitive data, such as a purchase invoice, to your customer's e-mail address, CodaBox will ask your customer to confirm this. 

Your customer can do this by providing the VAT number or name of his accountant via a simple wizard.

As long as your customer does not do this, CodaBox will not send the sensitive documents to your customer via e-mail.

It is important that your customer confirms his e-mail address so that the VOILA Service works correctly and he can receive his invoices.
