My client uses the VOILA Service, but does not receive his purchase invoices via e-mail.
This can have several causes:
- The e-mail address of the customer is incorrect, please check this via MyCodaBox.
- The customer has not yet confirmed his e-mail address. See here for more information.
- Your customer has asked CodaBox to stop these emails. He can always contact CodaBox to activate this again.
