Answer: This can have several causes:

  • The e-mail address of the customer is incorrect, please check this via MyCodaBox.
  • The customer has not yet confirmed his e-mail address. See here for more information.
  • Your customer has asked CodaBox to stop these emails. He can always contact CodaBox to activate this again.
