Your Account Settings are defined during your registration as an accountant by CodaBox and are available via MyCodaBox - CLIENTS MANDATES & SERVICES - ACCOUNT - Settings:


The option Clients receive PDF of CODA and SODA is enabled by default, you can decide at any time to disable this function:

activation of the soda coda pdf for your client in mycodaboxdisabling the soda coda pdf for your client in mycodabox


The activation of "Clients receive PDF of CODA/SODA" in your settings must be completed by the Individual activation of the setting on client level *


➜ If you disable this function, in your ACCOUNT settings, customers will no longer receive PDF files by e-mail.

➜ If you enable this function again in your ACCOUNT settings, it will be reactivated for all customers for whom the function has already been activated individually in the past.
