What types of bank accounts can be added?

  • New bank account belonging to a partner bank
  • Archived bank account belonging to a partner bank and linked to the current client

The Bank Account must be unique in our system.

If the system detects that this data already exists, an error message appears when you choose Save Mandate.

You or another accounting office may have registered the account incorrectly in the past.
To check whether this is the problem, you can search for the account in your CODA Mandates list. If you have multiple platforms, you must also search on the other platforms.

Send an e-mail to Support@codabox.com to provide us with the correct bank account number and Client Code.

Indicate that this account is incorrectly registered with another customer, which means that you cannot link it to the right customer via MyCodaBox.
