The verification of your e-mail address has no impact on the delivery of your CODA/SODA/Purchase Invoices, which will always be sent in parallel to your Accounting Office.


When you subscribe to CodaBox Services through your Accounting Office, you will be asked to provide the e-mail address that CodaBox will use to send you your CODA/SODA/Purchase Invoices in PDF format.


After that, CodaBox invites you to confirm that your Company is linked to this e-mail address: you receive an e-mail containing a link to a wizard that allows this verification.


Once your e-mail address has been verified, you are ready to receive your SODA/SODA/Purchase Invoices in PDF format.


Note: Payment of purchase invoices remains the responsibility of the Customer/Company.
