You can order the CARO Service for your customer via MyCodaBox using the Client Reference that is present on the cardholder's credit card statement.
When entering this Client Reference, an input check prevents the use of an incorrect Client Reference.
The CARO Service order will not be validated in this case.
However, it can happen that the Accountant reverses the data of its clients and introduces the Client Reference of another one of his client when ordering the Service. In this case, the invited client will not be able to subscribe to the Service.
MyCodaBox allows the Accountant to cancel the incorrect invitation so that he can introduce a new one.
Cancel a CARO Service invitation via MyCodaBox
Go to MyCodaBox - MANDATES & CUSTOMER SERVICES - CARO, search in the list for the client for whom you wish to cancel the invitation and click Manage
Click Cancel invitation
Confirm by clicking Cancel Invitation
The cancellation is confirmed with a message: 'The invitation was successfully cancelled'. Now you are able to restart the invitation process for the same Client Reference via CLIENT MANDATES & SERVICES - CARO - New CARO order
