It seems that files are missing between 13/8 and 21/8 - Strange numbering of CODA files
The numbering of CODA files has been temporarily changed.

Tip: Look up the files in your folder structure / via your accounting package, the CODA files of this period have a lower number and your accounting package may indicate that they have already been processed.
Transaction processing: supplier assignment or notification (especially for direct debits)
In some transactions, the counterparty account number is missing. This prevents the correct processing of the transaction in your accounting software. ING is still looking for a solution.
In some transactions, the counterparty account number is entered as BBAN (BEXX is missing). This prevents the correct processing of the transaction in your accounting software. ING is still looking for a solution.
Tip: Consult the supplied pdf file for the information of the transaction or contact the supplier of your accounting package to temporarily process these transactions in a different way.
Transactions are only available in groups
Transactions are grouped by type so that transaction details are no longer included in the CODA file. You can contact our support service for more information.
