How to find a client among my CARO Service eligible* clients
Do you have a large client list? Use the Search function to easily find your client.
Go to MyCodaBox - CLIENT MANDATES & SERVICES - CARO and fill in the Search field to find your client :
Once you have identified the client, click on Manage to start the ordering process. For more information, see our article How can I order the CARO Service for my Client?
An eligible client is a client that has an active mandate for an IBAN with a bank that supports this Service. The type of bank account can be a current account or a savings account. The bank account cannot be an archived account.
