To view the status of your customers' mandates, go to MyCodaBox -CLIENT MANDATES & SERVICES- CODA


To manage the mandates and view their details, click on 'Manage' in the Action column.


The detailed overview of mandates shows the status of your mandates and you will find the possible actions for each mandate:

You will be informed in detail about the status of each mandate :

  • The status of the mandate
  • Actions to be taken on your or customer side (invite your client to sign via Twikey, invite them to link their mandates in their KBC app, download the mandate)
  • Missing e-mail addresses: the mandate remains in the state 'Prepared' in this case we cannot reach your customer while the mandate is ready
