From 12 November 2020

The Enterprise number field becomes a mandatory field in your online platform.


MyCodaBox shows a clear warning message in the list view as well inside client details when enterprise number is missing on client. The Entreprise number is now required :

  • When creating a new client
  • When changing, ordering new Services or requesting a Platform Transfer for an existing client


→ The Entreprise Number field can be completed when it is missing by accessing the customer details.

Note: Existing Services of customers without Entreprise number remain active and can be archived or cancelled.
