Did you have only one username?

1. Log in with your current username and password to the new version of MyCodabox
2. Mycodabox invites you to create a new account and asks for your e-mail address:
   Use your professional e-mail address
3. You receive an e-mail at the address given and follow the instructions
4. Your account now consists of your e-mail address and your new password

Did you have several usernames ? In this case, you only need to create a new account once

1. Log in with user_yuki (see example below) to the new version of MyCodabox
2. Mycodabox invites you to create a new account and asks for your e-mail address:  provide your professional email address (e.g. Jan.jansen@office.be)
3. You receive an e-mail at the address given and follow the instructions
4.  Your account now consists of your e-mail address and your new password and you have immediately access to all environments

Did you share a username with a colleague?   

1. This colleague can also log in 1x with user_yuki to the new version of MyCodabox
2. Mycodabox invites him/her to create a new account and asks for a professional email address (e.g. Erik.peeters@office.be)
3. He/she receives an email at the address indicated and follows the instructions
4. He/she now has access to his/her own MyCodaBox account, which consists of his/her e-mail address and new password, and has immediate access to all environments

Would you like to give access to a new colleague?  (e.g tom.claes@office.be)

1. Once your new account has been created, log in to MyCodaBox
2.  Invite your colleague via MyCodaBox MyCodaBox > Administration > Manage users
