Do you need CODA for your own accounting?

If you do your own accounting and wish to receive your CODA files via CodaBox, you have come to the right place.

  • For each bank account, CODA is collected daily from the bank and delivered electronically and securely to your Software via the CODABOX API or via other secure electronic channels. The use of the CODA-Product offers you many advantages such as: more efficiency, fewer errors,... You are guaranteed to have all your bank account statements at your disposal and you no longer have to make manual entries or manually retrieve files from the various banking institutions.


  • The CODA : 
    1. Are numbered and ordered in a logical way 
    2. Are verified for completeness (balances)
    3. Are also delivered in a PDF file 


How to receive CODA files as an SME?

There are two options:

Your accountant orders your CODA but you can (also) receive them

Your accounting office is a customer of CodaBox and has activated CODA for your company.

CodaBox charges the CODA service to your accountant.


CODA DELIVERED TO YOUR ACCOUNTING OFFICE AND TO YOU (at no extra cost)

  • This is only possible if you use software that connects to the CodaBox API
  • The list of the compatible software is available on the CodaBox Website, under the category 'Softwares for entrepreneurs'.
  • Make the connection with CodaBox in your software. Is this not an option? Then view the other options below.


CODA DELIVERED TO YOU

  • Your accountant agrees that your CODA files are delivered directly to you. 
  • In this case, your accountant does not receive your CODA files.
  • CodaBox sets up a direct delivery to be able to deliver the CODA to your company.


You become a CodaBox client directly
You register with CodaBox.

CodaBox charges the CODA service to your company.

The delivery method is customized according to the software you are using.

CodaBox will contact you to assist you during the configuration.
