As of 9/11, as a MyCodaBox user you will no longer receive a daily activity report by email.
The daily activity report contained information about CODA mandates:
- which have been sent to your customer
- which have been sent to the bank
- which were activated
- which are in status 'problem'
Request the status of the mandates via the CODA mandate overview
-> Filter by State and sort by State Date column
Ordered CODA mandates, sent to the customer and available online via MyCodaBox?
Find this via the filter 'State = Sent to customer' and sort by column 'State Date'
CODA mandates sent to the Bank today for activation?
Find this via the filter 'State = Bank procedure' and sort by column 'State Date'
CODA mandates activated today?
Find this via the filter 'State=Active' and sort by column 'State Date'
CODA mandates with a problem?
Find this via the
filter "State=Problem" and sort by column 'State Date'
Why are the reports no longer being sent?
We will soon be launching a new MyCodaBox! This makes it easier to add multiple users per office and also manage these users. Everyone in your office can therefore consult the statuses of the CODA mandates at any time.
You also only need to use 1 MyCodaBox account to have access to customers under different software.
