Have you added a new bank account or did the Codabox team do this for you?
In order to activate this CODA service, there are mandates to be signed by the legal representative of the company.
The ordered mandates are already waiting for you in your MyCodabox-portal. Codabox will also send an email to prompt this.
Follow these instructions to sign the necessary mandates.
- Log on to MyCodabox.
- In the left menu, go to Mandates & services > CODA.
You will see your company information. - Mandates with status 'Awaiting signature' are to be signed. Open these mandates via the button Manage in the rightmost column, below 'Actions'.
You'll see the account number(s) which you want to request CODA for. - Follow the instructions to sign the mandates. The possibilities and instructions vary depending on your situation and the bank in question:
- Are you authorized to sign or is the legal representative with you?
Use the Start Signing Now button and complete all of the steps. - Are you not authorized to sign for this company?
- Click the copy-icon (Copy signing link) and forward the link to the company representative.
✩ In the case of KBC/CBC: also provide these instructions for linking via the banking application. - Use the download-icon for signature on paper. Make sure that a scan of the signed document is sent to helpdesk@codabox.com.
- Click the copy-icon (Copy signing link) and forward the link to the company representative.
- Are you authorized to sign or is the legal representative with you?
You'll receive CODA once the mandates are signed and activated.
