The CODA service is not included in all the packages offered by the BNP Paribas Fortis bank.


Depending on the Type of bank account to which the end client has subscribed, fees for using the CODA service may be charged separately.


In case of any questions about this, the end client can contact his bank branch, which has all the information relating to the services included in his Pack.


If the end client is charged with extra costs for the CODA service ( = CODA is not included in his package)  and because of this the client wants to terminate the CODA service, please contact us by sending an email to Support@codabox.com 

We will prepare a revocation document that the end client must complete and submit to his bank branch, which will take the necessary steps to stop the CODA service.


Archiving an account / mandate via your MyCodaBox platform is not enough to stop the CODA service from being charged by the bank to your customer.
