The acquisition of Codabox (formerly under Isabel Group) by Wolters Kluwer has no impact on Codabox' service delivery. The same team continues to be there for you, your services continue, the files are delivered and nothing changes in the way you request new services.
However, the legal representative signing the mandates may notice the change in beneficiary on our mandates as of January 2nd 2025:
- Where previously Codabox NV was mentioned, Wolters Kluwer Belgium NV is now listed as the beneficiary.
- Codabox is still mentioned in the mandates, as the product and service provided.
- The Codabox NV company registration number no longer exists and is replaced by the company registration number of Wolters Kluwer Belgium NV.
This change applies to both the Codabox mandate (the company authorizes Codabox to send the files to the accountant) and the bank mandate (the company authorizes Codabox to obtain the files from the bank) for all banks.
What does this mean for your mandates?
You are not required to take any action for this change. We will ensure a smooth transition:
- Existing - already signed and activated - mandates remain valid. No change is required.
- Mandates created as of January 2nd 2025 have the beneficiary Wolters Kluwer Belgium NV and can be signed via the usual method.
- Mandates created in the year 2024 but not yet signed remain valid and can be signed without modification and via the usual method.
- There is no impact on the mandate cost.
Invoicing for the Codabox services will gradually be taken over by Wolters Kluwer Belgium NV. This has no impact on the prices.
