CODA: no activation fee until end-of-year


For every CODA mandate you order between 1st November and 31st December 2025, there will be no activation fee.

  • Note: this advantage is based on the request date (via MyCodabox or sending in the order sheet via email), not the activation date. 
  • For the CODA requests you enter between 1st November and 31st December, you will not pay any activation fee, even if the CODA mandate perhaps isn't signed/activated until 2026.
  • For CODA that you ordered before 1st November, you'll receive the invoice with activation fee in the month after you receive the first CODA file.
  • As of December, your invoices for the one-time activation fees may feature mandates to be paid as well as free mandates. You can always check this in the report that covers the previous month.
  • The monthly fees remain applicable.



SODA & CARO: activation fee permanently cancelled


For every SODA or CARO request after 1st November 2025, you will no longer pay any activation fee. Ever. 

From now on, for payroll entries and credit card statements, only pay monthly fees apply.

  • In November, you may receive an invoice with the activation fee for SODA requests you made before 1st November and for which you received the first SODA file in October. For CARO, the activation fee was already temporarily not applicable since this summer (for CARO that was requested earlier than that and was only activated in October, the activation fee will apply in the November invoice).
  • As of December, your invoices will no longer contain any activation fee for SODA or CARO.
    Had you requested SODA or CARO recently but is it only activated after 1st November? That means you'll enjoy this permanent advantage and you will not pay any activation fee.
  • The monthly fees remain applicable.
