Since November 2025, the activation fee no longer applies for SODA requests and CARO requests. From now on, for payroll entries and credit card statements, only the monthly fees apply.

• In November 2025, you may have received an invoice with the activation fee for SODA requests you made before 1st November and for which you received the first SODA file in October. For CARO, the activation fee was already temporarily not applicable since last summer.
• Since December 2025, your invoices no longer contain any activation fee for SODA or CARO.
  Had you requested SODA or CARO earlier but is it only activated after 1st November? That means you'll enjoy this permanent advantage and you will not pay any activation fee.
• The monthly fees remain applicable.
