Activation fee promos

For every SODA or CARO request after 1st November 2025, you will no longer pay any activation fee. Ever. 

From now on, for payroll entries and credit card statements, only the monthly fees apply.

• In November 2025, you may have received an invoice with the activation fee for SODA requests you made before 1st November and for which you received the first SODA file in October. For CARO, the activation fee was already temporarily not applicable since last summer.
• Since December 2025, your invoices no longer contain any activation fee for SODA or CARO.
  Had you requested SODA or CARO earlier but is it only activated after 1st November? That means you'll enjoy this permanent advantage and you will not pay any activation fee.
• The monthly fees remain applicable.

For every CODA mandate you ordered between 1st November and 31st December 2025, no activation fee applies (even if the mandate is only signed/activated in 2026). 

More info:

• Note: this advantage is based on the date when the request was made, not the activation date. 
• Since December 2025, your invoices for the one-time activation fees may feature mandates to be paid as well as free mandates. You can always check this in the report that covers the previous month.
• For the CODA requests you entered between 1st November and 31st December 2025, you will not pay any activation fee, even if the mandate isn't signed/activated until 2026.
• For CODA that you ordered before 1st November 2025, you'll receive the invoice with activation fee in the month after you receive the first CODA file.
• The monthly fees remain applicable.
