In MyCodaBox > Clients > Client Transfer List you will find an overview of your client transfers.
This list contains two tabs - each tab gives you an overview of the status of the 2 types of client transfers:
- Regular transfer: You have created a new client in MyCodaBox but this client was already known in our system under another accounting office. You therefore did a transfer request in MyCodaBox to have the client transferred to your accounting office.
- Environment transfer: You work with at least two different environments linked to the same company registration number and you have followed the procedure in MyCodaBox to transfer a client from one environment to the other. The status is visible in the destination environment that you indicated during the transfer request.
Note: The Environment transfer tab is only available if your accounting office:
- uses more than one accounting software
or - has several branches
The different states of the Regular transfer (of a client from another accounting office)
Regular transfer status | Meaning |
New | The request for transfer of your client is registered (you can still cancel this request). |
Processing | The request is being processed by CodaBox. |
Waiting for client confirmation | Your client has a direct contract with CodaBox. We have contacted them by e-mail and we are awaiting confirmation that you are their new accountant and that they wish to terminate their current contract with CodaBox. The action is therefore up to your client. |
Waiting for your feedback | CodaBox has contacted you (= the accountant) by e-mail to obtain additional information about your request. The transfer cannot be performed immediately. The action is therefore on your side. |
Done | The transfer of the client to your office has taken place. The normal mandate procedure has started. You can follow the status of the CODA mandate via MyCodaBox. |
Cancelled | The transfer request is cancelled. The client is not transferred to your office. |
The different states of the Environment transfer
Environment transfer status | Meaning |
New | The request for transfer of your client is registered (you can still cancel this request). |
Processing | The request is being processed by CodaBox. |
Waiting for your feedback | CodaBox has contacted you (= the accountant) by e-mail to obtain additional information about your request. The transfer cannot be performed immediately. The action is therefore on your side. |
Done | The transfer of the client to your environment has taken place. You can consult your client's details via this environment. |
Cancelled | The transfer request is cancelled. The client is not transferred to this environment. |
