BNP Paribas Fortis will charge a monthly flat rate for the creation of Coda files (if it is not included in the customer's banking package), regardless of the channel to which the CODA is delivered. Details of this rate can be viewed on  the site of BNP Paribas Fortis. If a company has questions about this pricing, they can contact their agency or account manager.

Stop CODA?

If the company wishes to stop the CODA created on the account as a result of registering a CodaBox mandate, please contact us at Support@codabox.com. We will forward CODA's termination request for this company to the bank.

Please note: If the end client still receives CODA via other channels, the cost will continue to be charged.
