SODA in brief!


SODA = the payroll entries from the different social secretariats, in a standardized digital format, developed and registered by Codabox, easily imported directly in your accounting software.


Benefits

Thanks to the standardized 'SODA' format, the accounting entries, created by the social secretariats, can be imported directly into your accounting software.


Activation

SODA is possible for companies for which the CODA service is already active.

➟ You can easily request SODA for all relevant companies at once. We offer you a handy overview to do this and you don't need to check for each company which social secretariat is involved!

➟ If you wish, you can also request SODA individually for each company.


Delivery

SODA are transferred directly (in XML format) and are made available to the accounting office electronically and securely via the Codabox API or other secure electronic channels (same channel as for the delivery of CODA).


SODA is comptable with a large number of accounting softwares (e.g. Adsolut, Exact Online, Expert/M Plus, Horus, Octopus, Odoo, Popsy, Sage BOB, Top Account, Venice, Vero Count, Winauditor, WinBooks, Wings, Yuki).
★ This list is not exhaustive. If it does not include your software, please check with them.


Good to know: SODA files are delivered on a monthly basis: annual summaries are not included in SODA deliveries (otherwise the same data would be entered twice in the accounting).

SODA pricing


The SODA service is charged per environment (accounting software) via a monthly fee per environment on which SODA is active.

This monthly fee is a fixed amount charged per month/environment (accounting software), regardless of the number of companies in that environment for which SODA is active and regardless of the number of social secretariats from which SODA is retrieved.  

➟ If you work with 2 environments and have at least 1 company in each environment for which SODA is active, then you pay 2x the monthly fee for SODA each month. 
➟ Do you already have one or more companies with SODA on environment A and are you ordering SODA mandates for additional companies on that same environment? The monthly fee does NOT increase if you activate more than 1 SODA per environment.


Note: The cumulation applicable to CODA, CARO and VOILA, does NOT apply to SODA.


When is the monthly cost of the service charged?
As soon as you have an active SODA mandate and you receive SODA files on your environment, you will receive the monthly invoicing as of the next month.

Why are the fees for the SODA service so low?
Because the price does not depend on the number of companies on each of your environments. If you have 200 companies on one environment, the price remains unchanged, you only pay the monthly SODA fee once.

SODA for 1 company on environment A ➟ Each month 1x the monthly fee
SODA for 150 companies on environment A➟ Each month 1x the monthly fee
SODA for 1 or more companies on environment A
and 1 or more companies on environment B		➟ Each month 2x the monthly fee
