Thanks to Codabox, you automatically receive the accounting files you need.
As an accountant, when you request a new service for a company, it is important to inform your clients about the benefits of the service and what it means for them. Your client may need to sign documents or give permission to activate a service.
Here are a few helpful email templates you can use to inform the right person.
Starting CODA for new clients: inform the company's legal representative
When you request the CODA service, the legal representative must sign the necessary documents and/or (in the case of KBC) activate the service via their banking application.
If you have chosen for Codabox to manage and follow up on your mandate requests, we will send an email to the legal representative asking them to do what's needed.
Use our handy template to inform new customers by email. That way, they'll know to take action and that Codabox's email can be trusted.
CARO activation: inform the cardholder
When you order CARO for a company, the cardholder will receive an e-mail from Codabox asking them to authorize the service in a few steps or (in the case of KBC) to activate the service via their banking application.
Before requesting CARO for a company via MyCodabox, we therefore recommend sending an e-mail to the cardholder(s). That way, they'll know to take action and that Codabox's email can be trusted.

VOILA activation per client: inform your client
When you order VOILA for a company, your client will receive an e-mail from Codabox asking them to activate the service in a few steps (this is not the case if you have a Boos-contract, see below).
Before requesting VOILA via MyCodabox, we therefore recommend sending an e-mail to your client(s). That way, they'll know to take action and that Codabox's email can be trusted.
