SODA & CARO potential: an easy overview
Codabox can help you activate the services that best meet your needs and those of your clients.
Based on the transactions in your clients' CODA files, we can see for which companies SODA and/or CARO would be useful. Our overview will instantly show you:
- which clients regularly use a credit card, and which bank issued that card.
- which clients regularly make payments to a social secretariat, and which social secretariat that is.
➟ Go to Mandates & Services and click CARO or SODA. Click on the SODA & CARO potential button at the top right. Follow the steps on the screen.
The Excel list will be downloaded immediately:
- On the CARO tab, you will see the clients who regularly use their credit card but for whom you have not yet activated CARO. You will also immediately see which bank is involved, how often credit card payments have been made in the last 12 months, and when the most recent payment was made.
➟ Do you see recent and regular payments? Order CARO. You will then automatically receive the credit card statements and can process them quickly. - On the SODA tab, you will see the clients who make regular payments to a social secretariat but for whom you have not yet activated SODA. You can also immediately see which social secretariat is involved, how often payments have been made in the last 12 months, and when the most recent payment was made.
➟ Do you see recent and regular payments? Order SODA. You will then automatically receive the payroll entries and can process them quickly.

Service activation rate: which services are not yet active?
You manage multiple companies, but have the desired services been activated for all of them?
Codabox can help you save even more time: Go to your Dashboard in MyCodabox. You can see at a glance for how many of your companies CODA, SODA, VOILA, or CARO have not yet been activated.
Click the light blue part (right) on one of the bars to see the list of companies for whom the service hasn't been activated.
➟ You can then click on the company code and immediately request the service OR - if you had already requested the service - check on the status and find out why the service isn't activate yet (for example mandate not yet signed).
