Do you have clients you manage in MyCodabox, but who are already receiving the files themselves while you are still billed by Codabox?
➟ These companies can now become a direct customer of Codabox.
The files will then be sent directly to the company, and the company will from then on receive the Codabox invoice. You will no longer be billed by Codabox for this company.
Inform your client and then follow these steps in MyCodabox
- Open the company in MyCodabox.
- At the top right, click Company actions and choose Invite company to register directly.
- Confirm with the button Continue in the next screen.
- Check the company's email address and correct it if necessary. Confirm with the button Invite company.
What happens next:
- Your client receives an email from Codabox and can simply follow the steps on the screen to register as a direct customer of Codabox. The transfer of the company (from your accounting office to the company's own new MyCodabox account) happens automatically. In your Company transfer list > Outgoing transfers you will see that the company is no longer under your management. From the next month, you will no longer be billed for this company's services.
- Your client registers the required mandates and needs to sign them.
- Codabox processes the signed mandate(s).
- The company receives the requested files.
