Which companies?
The company you are requesting CARO for must already have an active CODA mandate with a supported bank (CARO partner of Codabox).
The cardholder must give one-time permission at the time of CARO activation.
Which banks?
Argenta, Bank Van Breda, Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, Crelan (AXA), Fintro (BNP Paribas Group) and KBC/CBC (this list is regularly updated).
How to request CARO
In MyCodabox > Mandates & Services > CARO, you will find a list of all companies for which this service is available, i.e. companies for which there is already an active CODA service with a bank that supports CARO.
