Update my client's data

I adapt my client's data via MyCodaBox

In MyCodaBox Clients > Client List > Search for your Client > In the client's details, click on Edit to modify his data > Confirm the changes by clicking on Save Changes 

Which fields can be adapted?

All fields are editable, except for the Enterprise Number, but if this field is empty, it can be filled in. In this case the Enterprise Name cannot be changed.

Depending on the field that has been adapted, a warning message may appear:

It informs the user of the possible impact following the modification of this field. (More info below in troubleshooting)

Depending on the adapted data, after the save, a window appears, its content varies according to the type of management of your mandates.

Important : Add missing e-mail addresses

The e-mail address that you provide us via MyCodaBox allows us to contact your client to send him some important reminders related to the signature and activation of his mandates.

Via MyCodaBox you can easily search clients who do not have an e-mail address registered at CodaBox.

Find and add missing email addresses

Go to MyCodaBox > Clients > Client List >and use the filter 'Missing email address'

You can add the missing e-mail addresses directly via the search result


Why can't I modify the field Enterprise Name?

This field is not modifiable in case the UEN has not yet been entered.

A message is displayed when I change the field 'Client Code', why?

This message is informative and does not prevent the modification of the Client Code but draws your attention to the fact that this modification has consequences at the level of the folder in which the files of your clients will be delivered.

When is there an implication on the mandates, after the adaptation of my client's data?
After modifying your client's details, our system checks whether this affects the mandates. 

Mandates that have not yet been signed by the client, must be submitted to the client again with the new data.

If the client still has mandates in an "unsigned" status ( Available online - In Preparation - Sent-Client or Problem), 
a pop-up will be shown with the possible actions you can take

Which actions*?
  • Download mandate (this way you can provide it to your client)
  • Sign with Twikey
  • Archive
  • Resend to client (this triggers CodaBox to resend the mandate to your client)

Note: * The possible actions depend on the type of bank and the agreement you have with CodaBox regarding mandate management.
