Are you merging with another accounting office (fully or partially) or are you changing your company registration number? 


What you need to know:

  • We'll make sure your CodaBox services continue uninterrupted for all companies.
  • We can make the necessary changes for your CodaBox services without your clients having to sign new mandates.  
  • For the companies in question, you must take over all services in full. We cannot rework invoices from an earlier date.
  • A merger impacts the CodaBox contract of both offices. We contact both parties and submit the necessary documents for signature.
    ☆ Are you not yet a CodaBox customer? Then we'll also provide you with a CodaBox contract.


★ Contact CodaBox in a timely manner. The administration for a merger or change of company registration number takes some time.


The cost:

CodaBox charges an administrative fee for the work to be performed. We will inform you of this as soon as you provide us with the necessary data.

No new mandate cost will be charged for existing accounts.

Questions & Answers


Can CodaBox invoice me from an earlier date?
As an acquirer, do you want to retroactively pay for some of the CodaBox services in the period before the merger was implemented in MyCodaBox?
➟ CodaBox cannot rework invoices from an earlier date. As the acquirer in MyCodaBox, you will receive the invoice with all services for all companies in question as of the month following the CodaBox transfer. Based on those figures, you can settle the difference between yourself and the other office.


Can I access the other accounting office's client list in advance?

You will soon merge (partially or fully) with another accounting office, but for now both will continue to exist under separate company registration numbers.
