Are you going to use additional accounting software to manage part of your companies separately?

Or are you changing softwares?

Per accounting software, you need a separate 'environment' in MyCodabox. The delivery is set up per environment according to the possibilities of that software (more info).


How to register a new environment in MyCodabox:

  1. In the blue menu bar at the top, click Environments > + New environment.
    (this option is only available to Admin users in MyCodabox).Add a new environment
  2. Follow the steps on the screen.
  3. You'll see the dashboard of the new environment.
    You can now manage your companies and services: 
    • transfer one of your existing companies to the new environment (the services remain active).
    • add new companies and activate services.
  4. We'll contact you to set up the delivery method for your files.
    Are you using Exact Online for this new environment? Follow these instructions to correctly set up the digital postbox in Exact Online and link it to the right bank accounts.


Are you terminating the use of one of your accounting softwares? Contact helpdesk@codabox.com.
We will delete the environment for you.
