The delivery of CODA has now been restored:

  • The old CODA mandates with Belgian IBAN have been archived in MyCodaBox and replaced with new mandates with the Greek IBAN. There is no charge for this.

  • Daily delivery of CODA now works with the new Greek IBAN.
    ➟ Viva clients had already been notified by Viva about the adjustments that needed to be made in the accounting software in order to receive the files correctly.
  • For the short period when delivery was interrupted, the CODA files have now been delivered retroactively.
    ➟  No data has been lost.
  • It is now possible to order CODA for new Greek IBAN.
    ➟  The account holder requests a Greek IBAN in their Viva account. With that IBAN, a CODA mandate can be ordered in MyCodaBox.

Please check this:

  1. Check in your accounting software to make sure the new IBAN is entered correctly.
    Don't know the new IBAN identifier? Contact the Viva account manager or support team at support@viva.com.
  2. In MyCodaBox, check the status of the mandate and the account.

As of now, it is no longer possible to order Belgian IBANs for Viva Wallet. 

There is also currently no more delivery from CODA for the existing IBANs. 


Together with Viva, we are working on the migration to Greek IBANs. 

As soon as this is possible, we will indicate how new Greek IBANs can be ordered.

On July 1, 2024, our partner Viva Wallet implemented changes that have made the Belgian IBAN identifiers unavailable.

Viva accounts for which the delivery of CODA is set have now been linked to a Greek IBAN identifier by Viva.

We are aware of these changes and are working with Viva to minimize any inconvenience to the delivery of CODA.

There is no need to communicate the new IBANS to us. We are doing the switchover in cooperation with Viva.
