DECEMBER
  • Now on your dashboard: for KBC/CBC accounts: did your client cancel the bank link with Codabox? This means you no longer receive CODA for this account. If this happens, you will immediately see it on your Dashboard in MyCodabox. We'll also contact the account holder.
  • Does your client want to register on Peppol via Doccle? This certainly offers your client benefits. Moreover, the 'Doccle-Peppol integration' works perfectly in tandem with VOILA, so you will continue to reveive the purchase invoices in your preferred software! Read more about it here.
  • Are you ordering VOILA for one or more clients? Use our handy template (available in NL/FR) to inform them. This lets them know they will be contacted to activate the service.
  • New: Are you ordering a CODA mandate for your own company or is the legal representative with you? Then you can order the mandate and immediately proceed to signing!



NOVEMBER
  • You will find the answers to all your Codabox questions in a new look! Be sure to discover the section 'Did you know?', where you will find handy templates to inform your customers about the Codabox services you activate for them, among other things. For accountants who are just starting with Codabox, we also bundle a lot of information in 'Get started with Codabox'.
  • New: The question you're looking to answer may be a frequently asked question.... quickly go through our Top 20 for accountants.
  • Do it yourself: Need to change the enterprise number of one of your companies? You can now do that yourself via MyCodabox.



OCTOBER



SEPTEMBER
  • Welcome to our new partner: the social secretariat MEL HR.
  • New: Is the activation of your CARO request taking too much time? Via MyCodaBox, you can give the cardholder a nudge to give consent for the credit card statement service.  
  • VOILA: If necessary, AND if requested by your client, you can indicate in MyCodaBox that the company does not need to receive the invoices via email. Do this only if your client is able to use the joint accounting software to track and pay the invoices on time.



AUGUST
  • Now on your dashboard! Service activation rate: via the dashboard you will discover for how many of your companies the service CODA, SODA, VOILA or CARO has not yet been activated. Activate new services or check why a requested service is not yet active (e.g. mandate not yet signed).
  • New: Are you merging with another accounting office (fully or partially) or are you changing your company registration number? Contact CodaBox in good time via our online form. We will make sure your services continue uninterrupted for all companies.



JULY
  • Welcome to our new partners: the social secretariats Solut, Office Sense and Centre des indépendants!
  • Update: Get your clients' sales invoices for free! On this page you will now find not only the list of compatible softwares, but also direct links your client can follow to establish the connection from their invoicing software.
  • Viva accounts and CODA: From now on, Viva will only work with Greek IBAN. For new CODA orders, the account holder must first request a Greek IBAN in their Viva account. With that IBAN, a CODA mandate can be ordered via MyCodaBox.



JUNE
  • As of June 6, we are switching to digital mandate signing. For the vast majority of new mandates we no longer offer a PDF, but a convenient signing link, which your client can use to sign via itsme, for example.
  • The mandate allowing CODA files to be sent from the bank via CodaBox to the accountant has received a new layout and was renamed from 'Teletransmission mandate' to 'CodaBox mandate'. It is also signed digitally from now on, for every new CODA order.  
  • Want to transfer a company that is already registered with CodaBox, to your office? You can do so via the '+Add or transfer' option. You can also immediately ask for the redelivery of old CODA-files. 
  • Move a bank account from one company to another, in the case of a company merger or an error? It's possible! Follow these instructions

JANUARY
  • Does your software package have a built-in feature to connect to CodaBox (via API)? Then you can give your permission via CodaBox Connect. You can find CodaBox Connect in the menu bar at the top: Administration > CodaBox Connect.
  • Odoo now connects to CodaBox via the Connect API. Don't have an Odoo environment yet? Be sure to first request this from CodaBox to get started with Odoo. We'll send you the necessary documents and create your environment.
  • Following the integration of Bpost Bank into BNP Paribas Fortis in January, you can now order new bank accounts and mandates using the BNP Paribas Fortis data.

DECEMBER
  • Manage users in MyCodaBox: From now on, you can appoint specific MyCodaBox users within your organization as admin. These admin users can manage other users and invite new users. 
  • Integration of Bpost Bank into BNP Paribas Fortis between 2nd and 21st January: Bpost accounts can temporarily not be ordered .


NOVEMBER
  • 2 New MyCodaBox functionalities
    1. User Management: You can now create, view and manage MyCodaBox users who have access to your organization.
    2. Multi-environment: One MyCodaBox account is now all you need to access multiple MyCodaBox environments.
      So there’s no need anymore to log off and log in again to manage clients of another software. As long as the environments belong to the same organization you are part of, you will be able to access MyCodaBox of each environment.
