Does your client want to register on Peppol via Doccle? This certainly offers your client benefits. Moreover, the 'Doccle-Peppol integration' works perfectly in tandem with VOILA, so you will (continue to) receive the purchase invoices in your preferred software.


Purchase invoices via VOILA (Peppol & Zoomit)


Codabox's VOILA service means that Codabox registers your client on the Peppol and Zoomit channels. Via the delivery method of your choice, you then directly and automatically receive the purchase invoices from your client's suppliers if they are connected to those channels. Your client receives the purchase invoices from us via e-mail (and/or in the software you and your client both use) and can pay the invoice.


★ As of January 1st 2026, it will be mandatory for all Belgian B2B invoices to be sent as e-invoices via the Peppol network.


Peppol registration via Doccle


Since the end of 2024, every self-employed person and SME can register for free on Peppol via Doccle. This means Doccle has an integration with Peppol, just as VOILA has. By adding Peppol to the Doccle account, all invoices sent via the Peppol network arrive digitally and directly in the company's Doccle account.

However, the invoices are not automatically shared with you (the accountant). That's what VOILA is for!


The 'Doccle-Peppol integration' works perfectly in tandem with VOILA, so no one will need to search for incoming invoices anymore:


  • Is your client not yet registered on VOILA? Order VOILA now for this company. Then you get the purchase invoices immediately in your software of choice.
    You can activate VOILA without ordering CODA.


  • Is your client already registered on VOILA? Activating Doccle still offers benefits. Read more about it below. 


What does the combination of Doccle and VOILA mean?

From now on, purchase invoices from suppliers sending through the Peppol network
will reach your client directly through Doccle.

We will (still) deliver those same purchase invoices to you in your preferred software,
but we no longer send them via e-mail to your client as that is now redundant.
The documents delivered via Zoomit are still sent to your client via e-mail.

Do you use a software in which you and your client work together?
Then your client can also find all the purchase invoices there
(and, if your client so wishes, you can disable delivery via e-mail).


Peppol-Doccle integration

If your client decides to deregister from Doccle, Codabox will be notified and we will again deliver the purchase invoices to your client. 



For the companies you manage via MyCodabox, after activation of VOILA, you can see in MyCodabox whether the company is active on Doccle. You will then see the following message under 'Settings' on the VOILA tab:
