Sign a Boost contract
Why boost and what does it mean?

When you register your customers on the VOILA service via MyCodaBox via 'Invitation', in practice it appears that only a limited number of customers confirm their registration.

Thanks to the activation via Boost, CodaBox does not need confirmation from your customer. This activation method consists of a contract that an Accounting Office signs with CodaBox, in which the Accounting Office confirms that it will obtain the consent of its customers to register them for the VOILA service.


Advantage = Save Time!

This requires less administrative intervention from your customers. As a result, CodaBox can immediately register customers for the Service and everyone can quickly enjoy the benefits of VOILA!

Get the consent of your customer
Use the template

We recommend that you use the e-mail template at the bottom of this article to inform your customers about the benefits of the Service and to obtain their agreement. Did they agree? Then quickly go to MyCodaBox and perform the Boost activation for your customer!


Activate VOILA via Boost for your customers via MyCodaBox
Boost multiple customers at the same time
  1. Go to MyCodaBox > Menu VOILA 
  2. Click on ‘Perform Boost Activation' 
  3. In the next screen, you will see all clients with an active CODA mandate that can be selected. (Be sure to open the info icon the first time!)
  4. After selecting the clients you want to register > Click on Perform Boost activation for these (amount) clients
  5. E-mail verification and registration confirmation:  
    • Your client receives a request to verify his/her e-mail address, if the verification has not yet been done
    • Once his/her e-mail address has been verified, your client will receive a confirmation of his/her registration for the VOILA service


Boost 1 customer
  1. Go to MyCodaBox and open a specific client
  2. Go to the VOILA screen of your client and click on 'Perform Boost activation'. The next screen appears:
  3. Click 'Perform Boost activation for this client' to confirm.
  4. The order status in the VOILA screen is now Validation in Progress
  5. E-mail verification and registration confirmation:  
    • Your client receives a request to verify his/her e-mail address, if the verification has not yet been done
    • Once his/her e-mail address has been verified, your client will receive a confirmation of the registration for the VOILA service
