Why boost and what does it mean?
When you register your clients on the VOILA service through MyCodabox via 'Invitation', we see that only a limited number of clients confirm their registration. Thanks to the activation via Boost, Codabox does not need confirmation from your client. This activation method consists of a contract that an Accounting Office signs with Codabox, in which the Accounting Office confirms that it will obtain the consent of its clients to register them for the VOILA service.
In addition, Boost means you can activate VOILA for multiple companies at once!
Advantage = Save Time!
Activate Boost for multiple companies at once + your clients do not need to confirm the service.
This means less work for you and less administrative intervention from your clients. As a result, everyone can swiftly enjoy the benefits of VOILA!

Important: The 'Perform Boost activation' function is only available in MyCodabox when you have already signed a Boost contract |
Boost multiple companies at once
- Go to MyCodabox > Mandates & Services > VOILA.
- At the top right corner, click Perform Boost Activation.
- In the next screen, you will see all companies with an active CODA mandate for which you can use Boost (Read more via the info icon). Select the companies you wish to activate and click on Perform Boost Activation for these companies.
- We ask your client to verify their e-mail address (if this hasn't already been done).
- Your client will then receive a confirmation of their registration for the VOILA service.
Boost 1 company
- Go to MyCodabox > Mandates & Services > VOILA.
- Click Manage in the 'Actions' column.
- Click Perform Boost activation.
- Click Perform Boost activation for this company to confirm.
The order status in the VOILA screen is now Validation in Progress.
- We ask your client to verify their e-mail address (if this hasn't already been done).
- Your client will then receive a confirmation of their registration for the VOILA service.
