The way you order VOILA and what is required to activate the service, differs depending on whether you have a Boost contract with Codabox or not. In MyCodabox you will see the option that applies to your office:
- Via individual invitation (no Boost contract): after inviting the client via MyCodabox, your client will receive an e-mail from us inviting them to accept the service.
- Via Boost activation: thanks to the activation via Boost, Codabox doesn't need your client's confirmation!
This option is available in MyCodabox if your office has signed a Boost contract.
