How to archive/stop a service?
Go to MyCodabox > Mandates & Services > Select the service to be deactivated.
| CODA | Read our article: Archive a CODA mandate |
| SODA | Find the company in the list > In the column 'Actions', click Archive. |
| VOILA | Find the company in the list > In the column 'Actions', click Manage. The tab VOILA opens: click Cancel VOILA. |
| CARO | Find the company in the list > In the column 'Actions', click Manage. The tab CARO opens: in the rightmost column click actions, then click Cancel CARO. |
Archiving a company?
If you want to archive the entire company, follow our procedure Archiving a company.
