After the creation of the CODA mandate in our systems the client needs to perform 2 actions:

  • The activation via KBC / CBC Touch or Business Dashboard. See Activate CODA for KBC/CBC 

  • Sign a mandate for the transfer of electronic statements to a third party and return this to CodaBox. (Teletransmission mandate)


Mandate sent-client/available-online?


You can derive the exact status via the information provided with the CODA mandate and the individual bank accounts.

  • in any case, CodaBox must still receive the signed teletransmission mandate
  • consult the individual status of an account to check whether the account has already been activated by the customer in the online banking app.

CodaBox cannot provide CODAs for accounts for which the signed mandate has not been returned to CodaBox. You can download this mandate via MyCodaBox.


Mandate Bank-Procedure?


CodaBox has already received the signed teletransmission mandate.

-> Consult the individual status of an account to see if the account has already been activated by the customer. We send reminders to your customer several times to activate his KBC / CBC account in his online banking app.
