To display the status of your customers' mandates, go to MyCodaBox - CLIENT MANDATES & SERVICES - CODA
In this screen, you can easily manage your customer's CODA mandates and view their details by clicking on Manage in the Action colomn.
Each mandate is displayed in a block that contains detailed information about the mandate AND the Bank account
Depending on the status of the mandate and the type of bank, some download actions are possible:
