To display the status of your clients' mandates, go to MyCodaBox > MANDATES & SERVICES > CODA


In this screen, you can easily manage your client's CODA mandates and view their details by clicking on Manage in the Action colomnManage a CODA mandate via MyCodaBoxEach mandate is displayed in a block that contains detailed information about the mandate AND the Bank accountDetailed information about mandates and accounts in MyCodaBoxDepending on the status of the mandate and the type of bank, some download actions are possiblePossible actions and mandates in MyCodaBox
