Are some CODA files missing or did you not yet receive CODA for your client? 


Consider the following checks you can make before contacting our Support
  • Are you NO LONGER receiving CODA for an existing client?
    Please check the status of the bank account in MyCodabox. If the status is 'CODA is provided', check with your client to see if there were any transactions on the account after the last CODA was received.
  • Are you NO LONGER receiving CODA for an existing client?

    Please check the status of the bank account in MyCodabox. If the status is 'CODA is provided', check with your client to see if there were any transactions on the account after the last CODA was received.
  • CODA delivery is interrupted? 
    You still receive CODA, but intermediate files are missing. Request a resend of the CODA via MyCodaBox. In case CodaBox does not have the missing CODA, we will inform you after your request.
  • Not yet receiving CODA for your client?
You have ordered CODA for a client via MyCodaBox but you don't receive his CODA yet. To understand the cause of this delay and the possible actions to take, it is necessary to check the mandate and bank Account details via MyCodaBox .   • The MANDATE state is 'Awaiting signature'?
    You do not receive CODA for any bank account linked to this mandate because the mandate signed by your client has not yet reached us. In this case, please have a look at our video below.

    Please read all the information available in the articles about the mandate states and bank account states, it is possible that some actions from your side are still required.

CODA delivery time / 'Active' status in MyCodaBox


My first CODA file: what is the delivery time?

What is the delivery time of the first CODA file from the moment I place my order?

  • As soon as we receive your order, we send the bank mandates for signature to your clients. (if CodaBox can manage the administrative steps of the mandates)

  • Once these documents have been signed and returned to CodaBox, they are sent by CodaBox to the banks for validation of the signature and activation of CODA.
    In case of electronic signature via Twikey, no exchange of paper documents are needed. 


The activation time is highly variable from one bank to another (Between one week and one month). 

CodaBox is in constant negotiation with banks in order to reduce this activation time.

What is an active CODA mandate in MyCodaBox? 

It is a mandate that has been through different steps:


1.The Accounting Office has ordered the CODAs for his client and has communicated the information about his client via the data sheet or via MyCodaBox
2.CodaBox has verified the accuracy of these data (if there is a problem with the order, CodaBox will contact your accounting office).
3.

Your client has received the documents to sign:

  • If you manage your mandates, you have sent them to him after having downloaded them via MyCodaBox
  • If CodaBox manages your mandates, we have sent them to him
4.

The documents signed by the client were returned to CodaBox:

  • CodaBox has verified the signed documents
    • CodaBox has adapted the concerned state of the mandate
    • If required, CodaBox has sent the bank mandate to the bank
      • The bank has verified if the account is orderable
5.The delivery mode of the CODA files has been defined
6.The CODA files are available, the mandate is now active in MyCodaBox!
