You have not yet received any CODAs for your client or some are missing?

  • If it concerns a new client for whom you have ordered a mandate:

    Check the status of the mandate via MyCodaBox. It is possible that some actions still need to be taken for the mandate to be active.

  • If the mandate is active and you have not received CODAs since a certain date:

    Before contacting us, check with your client whether there have been any movements on the account concerned.

  •  If you were already receiving CODAs for this client but some statement numbers are missing and after verification :

    • The status of the mandate and the bank account in MyCodaBox do not display any actions to be taken.
    • There have been transactions on the account.
