CodaBox is not informed by the bank when a bank account is closed. 

It is the responsibility of the accountant to archive the bank account when it is closed. The billing of a bank account by CodaBox only stops when a bank account is archived. The accountant can use his monthly report which contains information on the total number of days of inactivity.
