Calculation of the costs
The cost is calculated according to the amount of Enterprise Numbers for which the status of the VOILA Service is 'ACTIVE' in MyCodaBox AND who have received at least one purchase invoice through VOILA.
 | Clients that are handled on your ClearFacts environment are not taken into account in this calculation. This because VOILA is included in your ClearFacts subscription. |
Important :
In order to be invoiced only for your active clients, don't forget to keep your client list updated in MyCodaBox!
When a client is no longer active (bankruptcy, termination, ...), he/she can be archived via MyCodaBox. This way his/her mandates and services will be stopped immediately.

Monthly recurring costs
To calculate the monthly recurring cost, we cumulate CODA, CARO and VOILA that are active in your MyCodaBox.
Calculation example with client management only via CodaBox

In the above example, 138 items will be charged as monthly recurring costs.
The amount charged per item depends on the total number of active items.
So in this case, it is the amount that corresponds to the range between 121 and 240 units (see 'Number of items' table below).
Example of calculation with client management via CodaBox AND via Clearfacts

In the above example, 140 items will be charged as monthly recurring costs.
The amount charged per item depends on the total number of active items in MyCodaBox. Active clients for VOILA that you ALSO manage on your ClearFacts environment are not counted in this total. VOILA is included in your ClearFacts subscription.

Activating the VOILA Service for your client does not lead to any cost for him/her.
SODA costs
Calculation of the costs
The SODA Service is charged per environment (accounting software) via:
- A one-off fee per mandate which is charged 1x when the mandate is activated.
- A monthly fee per environment: There is no cumulation as for CODA: the fixed monthly fee for this service is charged once per month per environment (regardless of the number of clients for which SODA is active and regardless of the number of social secretariats from which SODA are retrieved).
When is the monthly cost of the Service charged? As soon as you have an active SODA mandate and you receive SODA files on your environment.Why is the cost of the SODA Service low? Because the price does not depend on the number of client folders on each of your environments. If you have 200 folders on your Expert environment, the price remains unchanged, you only pay the monthly cost of SODA once. |

SODA on 2 environments? Your accounting Office works with 1 Yuki environment and 1 Expert/M environment. You activate the SODA Service on both environments. You then use 2x the SODA Service = you pay 2x the monthly cost* whatever the number of client folders you handle on your environments. You already have active SODA mandates and you order additional SODA mandates? CodaBox charges the monthly fee for the SODA Service + the one-time fee for each new activated mandate. The following month, you only pay the monthly fee for the Service. |

CARO costs
Calculation of the costs
CARO can be ordered, based on an active mandate for an IBAN with a bank that supports this service.
Administrative costs:
- Single amount per client reference on activation
- No cumulation with CODA
- Administrative costs must be paid separately for CODA and CARO
