When you order CODAs for your client, CodaBox needs two documents completed and signed by your client to be allowed to deliver them:

  • The Bank Mandate
  • The Teletransmission Mandate

However, it is possible that your customer already has an active banking mandate (after a customer transfer). In this case, your customer no longer has to sign a bank mandate.

Via MyCodaBox, you can download the necessary data. Your online platform provides you with the relevant information to provide to your clients.
