What documents must be signed by your client? Now we "arrange" this for you as well.
When you order CODAs for your client, CodaBox needs two documents completed and signed by your client to be allowed to deliver them:
- The Bank Mandate
- The Teletransmission Mandate
However, it is possible that your customer already has an active banking mandate (after a customer transfer). In this case, your customer no longer has to sign a bank mandate.
