MyCodaBox access

Access to MyCodaBox consists of:

  • A Username 
  • A Password 
  • An E-mail address

If you work with different accounting software, different MyCodaBox platforms will be created.


You can use the same email address for all your MyCodaBox platforms but you will need to create different user names.

CodaBox automatically contacts you to create a new user name per platform.

Note: If you reset your password, you will be prompted to change your password for each user name linked to the email address you are using


Are you changing your accounting software or using a new one?

For each software a new CodaBox contract must be signed. 

 Contact our support via helpdesk@codabox.com
  • We will provide you with your new contract(s) to be signed. 
  • After receipt of your signed contract, we will also create a new MyCodaBox platform per software and you will receive a login to access it.
  • Concerning CODA the pricing, we accumulate the current accounts of all platforms to calculate the price , the SODA service must be paid per platform.
